While the regional center final action dates are all listed as “unavailable,” there is movement in the non-regional center program. China nudged forward a week to November 15, 2015, and Vietnam made a big jump from April 1, 2020, to “current.” Now all countries except for China have “current” final action dates for direct EB-5 investing.See August Visa Bulletin
