A new filing by the indicted Stenger lists numerous people who could allegedly be “co-consipirators” in the massive AnC Bio Vermont fraud case. One of those listed, Alex MacLean, was the deputy chief of staff of former Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin. Stenger’s legal teams claims that the “co-conspirator” statements can be used in court, without the people having to testify or be cross-examined.
